Srinagar, Feb 24 (KS):- Navsheen Hayat Habib, a student of political science has recently come up with her first book on mental health and society.
While talking to the news agency Kashmir Scroll she said that writing has always been her preferable mode of expression of thought and opinions.
This book has always been her dream which has finally turned into reality now.
In this book she has highlighted the most neglected issues by society and one of them is mental health she said, adding that no matter how many reforms and education we have about mental health, we still like taking it seriously in a practical sense.
Even today we have to think twice before visiting a psychiatrist but we don’t hesitate when we have any kind of physical illness.
Also in the book she has Challenged the famous notion which is adults sometimes being unnecessarily dominant on children by either body shaming them or neglecting their views and opinions, she said n
