Kulgam Shahid Fayaz Saqi from Mohdpora Kulgam who is a Author based in London has been selected by the University of St Andrews in the United Kingdom to study English Literature. He has also been offered scholarship to study the course.
Every year University of St Andrews, UK offers two scholarships to international applicants. This year along with Shahid another applicant from Australia has made it to the final list.
“This is an opportunity to learn. Shahid said. “After completion of this course, am looking forward to PhD,” he added.
