Hina Bhat visits Sopore’s Tarzoo

Sopore, Mar 18 : Vice Chairperson, Khadi and Village Industries Board (KVIB), Jammu and Kashmir, Hina Shafi Bhat on Saturday visited Tarzoo area of Sopore, took review of developmental projects in Hygam, Tarzoo areas.

Hina as per the Unfold Press besides taking review of the ongoing projects also chaired an awareness programme under PMEGP/JKREGP held at PHC Tarzoo. People from different areas including Ningli Ghat, Tarzoo, Darnamabal, Haritar showed their enthusiastic participation in the programme

On the occasion, the PRIs and other prominent stakeholders highlighted their grievances. People also highlighted the issue regarding health, education and other important necessities.

She, however, gave a patient hearing to all the grievances and demands that were put forth by the PRIs and concerned stakeholders and assured them that all their issues and demands shall be taken with the concerned authorities for their timely redresal.

Meanwhile, the people of Tarzoo, in particular Aijaz Ahmed Dar, a social activist – who also heads a local body thanked the official for visiting the area. They, however, pinned hopes that their genuine demands viz Gogjidaji bridge, Amberpura-Haritar road, upgradation of PHC Tarzoo will be redressed on priority basis so that they could have a sigh of relief.
