Stealing money from patients, attendants; Woman among two arrested from GMC Baramulla
Srinagar, July 24 (KS) : Police on Monday said to have arrested two Pick Pockets including female from GMC Baramulla and also recovered stolen cash from their possession.
In a statement issued to news agency Kashmir Scroll a police spokesman said that police under the supervision of Altaf Ahmad-JKPS, DySP Hqrs Baramulla assisted by Inspr Vilayat Hussain SHO PS Baramulla arrested two Pick Pockets including female identified as Ishfaq Ahmad Gojree S/O Bashir Ahmad Gojree resudent of Drangbal, and Manesha resident of New Plot Jammu A/P Drangbal Baramulla at GMC Baramulla and has recovered stolen cash from their possession.
He said, these Pick Pockets were stealing money from Patients and their attendants visiting GMC and were taking advantage of huge flow of patients to GMC Baramulla.
Case FIR under relevant sections of law were registered in Police Station Baramullla and investigation set in motion, he said.(KS)
