GANDERBAL POLICE ARRESTED FOUR GAMBLERS; STAKE MONEY & PLAYING CARDS SEIZED

GANDERBAL 21st, FEBRUARY 2024 Ganderbal Police arrested four Gamblers in the jurisdiction of PS Safapora & Seized Stake money, a Deck of Playing Cards from their possession.

On the directions of SSP Ganderbal Shri Sandeep Gupta-IPS, Police Party headed by SHO PS Safapora Sub-Inspector Gulzar Hussain under the supervision of Dy.SP Hqr’s Ganderbal Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS apprehended 04 Gamblers at link road Barkati Mohalla Safapora-Hakbara & stake money Rs.5800/- & Deck of playing cards recovered & seized from their possession. The accused have been arrested & disclosed their identities as; Hilal Ahmad Malla S/O Ali Mohd Malla R/O Chandergair, Sajad Ahmad Sagoo S/O Ab Rehman Sagoo R/O Hakbara, Mohd Ramzan Fafoo S/O Bashir Ahmad Fafoo R/O Hakbara and Gh Qadir Shairgojree S/O Noor Mohd Shairgojree R/O Hakbara.

In this regard Case FIR No. *04/2024,* under relevant sections of law stands registered at PS Safapora and further investigation taken up.
Ganderbal Police requests Community members to share information regarding social crimes with J&K Police for crime free society.
