Ganderbal, Mar 07 (KNO): Hameeda Bano, a prominent figure in the dairy industry hailing from Lar area of Ganderbal, has emerged as a symbol of empowerment through her pioneering dairy venture, Asli Dahi.

In an interaction with the Prime Minister today, she shared her journey of success, attributing her accomplishments to the support received from the National Rural Livelihoods Mission (NRLM).

Operating from a processing unit for milk products, Hameeda Bano has not only established a thriving business but has also created employment opportunities for other women in her community.

According to the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), she emphasized the importance of quality control, packaging, and innovative marketing strategies, ensuring that her products remain preservative-free and environmentally friendly.

During the telecast of the Prime Minister’s rally at Bakshi Stadium, Hameeda Bano expressed her gratitude for the opportunities provided by the government, which have enabled women entrepreneurs like her to flourish.
