Three Shops Gutted, Firefighters injured in Bohri Kadal fire mishap

Srinagar, 22 March : A massive blaze devastated three commercial shops and left two firefighters injured in the Bohri Kadal area of Central Kashmir’s Srinagar district on Friday, officials said.

An official told that the fire originated from one shop and quickly spread to the surrounding shops in Downtown Bohri Kadal.

In this incident, two firefighters have suffered injuries while fighting the fire and were subsequently shifted to the nearby hospital for treatment.

The injured firefighters have been identified as Mudasir Ahmad and Robinder Singh.

Meanwhile, the Divisional Fire Officer (DFO), Srinagar City Noor Alam told Kashmir Front-KF, the cause of fire is under investigation and no loss of life or injury was reported. (KF)
