Rescheduling of Class 11th Annual Regular 2024 (Soft Zone Areas) and
examinations of classes 10th, 1lth and 12th Annual Regular 2024 (Hard Zone
Areas).
Whereas this office has received directions received from the Joint Chief Electoral
Officer, UT of J&k, Jammu vide letter no:-CEO-Estt0GF/13/2024-1/4600 dated
18-03-2024 regarding the schedule for conduct of Lok Sabha Election 2024
requesting therein to ensure that no date of examination clashes with the dates
of Election with respect to the UT of J&K.
Whereas the National Testing Agency is conducting Joint Entrance Exarmination
(Main) 2024, session 2 w.e.f. 04 April to 15 April 2024
Whereas this office has received scores of representations from the students for
rescheduling of Board exams in this regard.
In view of the above, all the concerned are hereby informed that the upcoming examination of class 11h Annual Regular 2024 (Soft Zone) and Annual Regular 2024 examinations of classes 1OH,11t» and 12th (Hard Zone Area) have been re scheduled and that said examination shall be now held on rescheduled dates in two Sessions (Morning and Evening Shift).
The revised date sheets forming Annexures as “A”, “B”, “C” and “D” are attached as with this notification.
The date sheets for the examinations of said classes issued earlier be treated as
cancelled.
