Srinagar, April 14 (KS):- A woman lost her life while seven others were injured in a road accident in Awantipora area of South Kashmir’s Pulwama District on Sunday.
An official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that an accident took place at Chursoo Awantipora, in which 08 people got injured who were taken to PHC Awantipora.
He said that at PHC Awantipora doctors declared one woman namely Sumi Jan wife of Mudasir ahmad Ganie resident of Panzgam declared brought dead.
He further added that among injured persons 03 Patients have been referred to Smhs sgr for further treatment and four of the injured are given treatment in PHC awantipora and were stable.
Meanwhile police have taken cognizance and started an investigation.(KS)
