Commuters going from Kishtwar to Anantnag must cross Parna check post Chingam from 10 AM Thursday to 2 PM , Meanwhile Commuters coming from Anantnag to Kishtwar must cross via Daksum Police post from 10 AM Friday to 2 PM,
