Srinagar 21 July 2024 ,Shahid Jeelani, a well-known media reporter working for different media organisations was today facilitated by the Global Human Rights Trust, a renowned human rights organization, at Tagore Hall in Srinagar. The event was attended by Member Parliament G A Khatana and the Chairperson of the Waqf Board, Dr. Daraksha Andrabi as Guest of Honour and Chief guest.
In a function of the Trust, the Chief Guests and other stakeholders presented an award and certificate to Shahid Jeelani for his valuable service in the field of journalism.
Shahid Jeelani was felicitated for his dedicated and tireless work in the field of journalism and for highlighting public and social issues of Ganderbal district.
