Bandipora, Dec 20: A tragic accident occurred in Nowgam Sumbal area of Bandipora district on Friday afternoon, resulting in the death of a tractor driver.
According to officials, the accident took place when a tractor rolled off from the bund road in Nowgam Sumbal.
The driver, identified as Mohammad Yousuf Malla, son of Mohammad Ishaq, a resident of Nowgam Sumbal, sustained severe injuries.
Malla was rushed to CHC Sumbal, where doctors declared him brought dead.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident.
