(Telecommunication), Home Department, held on 08-12-2024- regarding.

Whereas, the Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) Conducted Written
Examination for the post of Constable (Telecommunication), Home Department,
advertised vide Advertisement Notification No, 01 of 2024 under item no. 03 on 8n December,

of Constable
Whereas, the J&K Services Selection Board (JKSSB), vide Notice No. JKSSB
COEOEXAM(UT)/36/2024-03 (7593651) dated: 08.12.2024, issued Provisional Answer Key in

respect of the written test; and
Whereas, the Revised/Final Answer Key in respect of written examination held for the
said post has been notified vide No. JKSSB-COEOEXAM(UT)/36/2024-03 (7593651) dated:
20.01.2025; and
Whereas, in terms of S.O. 290 of 2021 dated: 20-08-2021 issued by the Home
Department, J&k Government and in pursuance to Advertisement Notification No. 01 of
2024, issued vide No. JKSSB-PLAN/5/2024-03(7513847) dated: 16-07-2024, the
candidates possessing National Cadet Corps (NCC) certificates shall be awarded additional
marks at the following scale: –
It is further notified that:
a. 5% of the maximum marks of the examination for NCC ‘C” certificate holders.
b. 3% of the maximum marks of the examination for NCC “B” certificate holders.,
c 2% of the maximum marks of the examination for NCC “A” certificate holders.
Now, therefore, in view of the above, the Result/Score-sheet, based on the performance
of candidates who appeared in the Written Test for the post of Constable
(Telecommunication), Home Department, advertised vide Advertisement Notification No. 01
of 2024 under item no. 03 on 8th December, 2024, is hereby notified as Annexure “A”.
mere fiquring in the result/scoresheet shall not entitle a candidate to be shortlisted for
further stages of selection and that he/she has to fulfil other eligibility conditions, as
laid down and decision of the Board in this regard shall be final.

The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (OKSSB) will call candidates falling in
the consideration zone, based on the merit obtained by them, for Physical Standard
Test/ Physical Endurance Test, the schedule for which shall be notified separately.
