9 Injured in Mirbazar Kulgam Road Accident

Srinagar, Mar 20 : Nine persons were injured in a road accident at Nipora Mirbazar in South Kashmir’s Kulgam district after a traveller vehicle turned turtle, officials said.

An official told news agency JKNS that the accident took place when the tourist traveller vehicle (PB01B 7720) lost control and overturned. All the injured were immediately shifted to GMC Anantnag for treatment.

The injured have been identified as Vikram Kumar from Rajasthan, Avala Krishna Chaitanya from Andhra Pradesh, Aftab from Uttar Pradesh, Shanbo from Mumbai, Khota from Rajasthan, Ramlal from Mumbai, Vabak Kumar from Mumbai, Anil Kumar from Kalwa Mumbai, and Rahul from Rajasthan.

Police have taken cognizance of the incident and further investigation is underway. (JKNS)
