GANDERBAL 25TH, APRIL 2025: In view of prevailing scenario so as to liquidate the threat perceptions, Ganderbal Police alongwith Army, Para , CRPF and SSB adapted an aggressive approach and started combing operations especially in those areas where ANEs can possibly take refuge or had connection with the OGWs and other supporters.
This time the security forces have established a sound security matrix and are strategically targeting the areas close to the forest line and close to the Snow line. During this course, house to house searches are being conducted and the suspected persons are being interrogated. The multi-pronged strategy of security forces is having major impact on ground and all such kind of Cordon and Search Operations as per Police sources shall continue till tangible results are achieved.
Citizens are requested by Police to share information with the Police and other security forces for all such elements who are hell-bent to cause damage to the social and economic fabric of Jammu and Kashmir (UT).
