Udhampur, Apr 25 : One person died and another sustained critical injuries after a truck (trola) skidded off the road near Bani Nala Mode area along National Highway 44 in Udhampur on Friday.
According to officials, as per Kashmir Bulletin the vehicle bearing registration number PB03BK2041 veered off the road under unclear circumstances.
One of the occupants died on the spot, while the critically injured person was shifted to the Government Medical College (GMC) Udhampur for treatment.
Police have taken cognizance of the incident and an investigation is underway to determine the cause of the accident. (KB)
