DC Kupwara inspects Land Records Digitization Centres, reviews arrangement and construction work at Ziyarat Muqam Shahwali

KUPWARA, AUGUST 29: Deputy Commissioner (DC) Kupwara, Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, today visited the Land Records Digitization Centres at Tehsil Kupwara and Drugmulla to assess the progress of digitization of Jamabandis and Massavis.

During the visit, the DC interacted with the revenue staff, took feedback, and emphasized the importance of maintaining quality in the digitization process. He directed the concerned officers to complete the task within the timelines prescribed by the Government.

At the digitization centre established in Higher Secondary School Drugmulla, the Deputy Commissioner also interacted with students.

Later, the DC visited Ziyarat Zeti-Shah-Wali at Moqam Drugmulla to review the arrangements being made by line departments in connection with the forthcoming Eid-i-Milad. He directed the officers to ensure uninterrupted water and power supply, proper cleanliness, and sanitation around the shrine, so that devotees do not face any inconvenience. The DC also inspected the ongoing construction works at the shrine.

The Deputy Commissioner was accompanied by the Assistant Commissioner Revenue (ACR), Tehsildar Kupwara, Tehsildar Drugmulla, and other officers .
