22 Sheep Stolen from Cowshed in Ganderbal

Ganderbal, Oct 13: In a shocking incident, unidentified thieves stole around 22 sheep from a cowshed in Manigam Lar area of central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Monday, officials said here.

Reports said the sheep belonged to Mohammad Hussain War, son of Ghulam Ahmad War, a resident of Manigam Lar.

The incident came to light early Monday morning when the owner found the animals missing from his cowshed.

War has appealed to the authorities to take immediate action and recover his stolen livestock. Meanwhile, police have taken cognizance of the matter and initiated an investigation.
