RAMBAN, JANUARY 22: Sub-Divisional Magistrate (SDM) Gool, Imtiaz today chaired a comprehensive review meeting to assess the progress of developmental works being executed by the Public Works Department (PWD–R&B) in the Sub-Division.
The meeting was attended by Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE) Taraq Ahmed, Junior Engineers and other concerned officials of the department. The SDM reviewed the status of roads, building and infrastructure projects being implemented under the PWD.
The SDM also reviewed the preparedness of the department for snow clearance operations. He directed the PWD authorities to ensure timely and efficient snow clearance on all major and interior roads to maintain uninterrupted connectivity. Adequate machinery, manpower and materials were directed to be kept in readiness.
The meeting concluded with assurances from the concerned officers that all directions would be implemented efficiently within the prescribed timelines.
