Launch of London Prep-School Associated with Oxford University Press Marks a Milestone in lar Ganderbal

Today marked a significant milestone for education in the region as a new prep school associated with Oxford University Press was inaugurated in Lar Ganderbal. The inauguration ceremony, graced by the esteemed presence of Kashmir’s Grand Mufti Nasir ul Islam Sahab and former MLA Ganderbal Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, was a momentous occasion celebrated by the community.

The event witnessed with the prominent personalities and key figures from the school management, including noted businessman Showkat Chaudhary, the school’s founder Syed Farooq Andrabi, and the head of the school,Madam Tabassum , Arif Yaseen Khan, Madam Batool and others. Their presence highlighted a shared dedication to the school’s mission of fostering excellence in academics and character.

The founder of the school, Syed Farooq Andrabi, articulated the institution’s primary goal of providing quality education to its students. With a dynamic curriculum and a supportive community ethos, the school aims to empower students to thrive academically and personally.

Chairperson Madam Tabassum expressed her enthusiasm for the initiative, stating, “We are thrilled to collaborate with Oxford University Press to bring world-class education to the doorstep of Ganderbal. Our institutions aims to prepare students for success in both their academic pursuits and personal lives.

On the inauguration ceremony, Grand Mufti Nasir ul Islam Sahab expressed his appreciation for the initiative, emphasizing the importance of education in shaping the future of society. He commended the collaboration with Oxford University Press, highlighting the potential for enriching educational experiences for the children of Lar Ganderbal.

Former MLA Sheikh Ishfaq Jabbar, serving as the chief guest, reiterated the significance of investing in education as a means to foster progress and prosperity in the region. He praised the school’s dedication to nurturing well-rounded individuals equipped with the skills and values necessary to contribute positively to society.

As the doors of the prep-school open, the Lar Ganderbal community looks forward to the opportunities it will provide for the holistic development of its youngest members. With a steadfast commitment to excellence and a supportive community backing, the prep-school aspires to become a beacon of educational excellence in the region.
