Srinagar, Jan 03: Flight operations at Srinagar International Airport were disrupted on Friday morning due to poor visibility amid dense fog in the Kashmir Valley, officials said.
Director Srinagar airport, Javed Anjum told news agency Kashmir News Observer, that the visibility was very low due to dense fog, resulting in disruption of flight operations and all the flights were put on hold.
He said that all flights have been delayed. “Flight operations will resume once visibility improves, and we are hopeful that in the afternoon or after a few hours, flights may be allowed to land and depart,” he said.
