Farewell, Felicitation Ceremony Held for Er. Tatheer Manzoor Khan on His Promotion

Ganderbal, May 24: A heartfelt farewell and felicitation ceremony was organised by the contractors of the Roads and Buildings (R&B) Division Ganderbal to honour Er. Tatheer Manzoor Khan on his well-deserved promotion from Executive Engineer to Superintending Engineer.

The event was graced by the presence of several senior officials, including the Chief Engineer, PWD R&B Central Kashmir; the Superintending Engineer, PWD R&B Circle Ganderbal; the Executive Engineer, R&B Division Ganderbal; along with numerous contractors associated with the division.

Contractor Abdul hameed sofi praised Er. Tatheer Manzoor Khan for his dedication and work ethic. “He has always been a committed and visionary officer who maintained excellent coordination with contractors. His promotion is well-deserved, and we are confident he will continue to excel in his new role,” sofi said.

In his address, Er. Tatheer Manzoor Khan expressed heartfelt gratitude to all those present. “I am deeply honoured by this warm gesture. It has been a fulfilling journey working in the R&B Division Ganderbal. The support and cooperation I have received from both my colleagues and the contractors have played a key role in our collective success. I assure you all that I will continue to serve with the same spirit of commitment and responsibility in my new assignment,” he said

The gathering collectively lauded the professional achievements of Er. Tatheer Manzoor Khan and extended their best wishes for continued success in his role as Superintending Engineer.
