Srinagar, August 7, 2025 — A Mega Training Program was successfully conducted today by the Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI), Regional Office Chandigarh, in collaboration with the Samagra Shiksha, School Education Department, Jammu & Kashmir. The session focused on the newly launched Aadhaar enrolment software *Universal Client*, which is fully online and designed to streamline Aadhaar-related services.
The training was held at Gandhi Bhawan, University of Kashmir, Hazratbal, Srinagar, and witnessed an overwhelming participation of over 190 Aadhaar operators and supervisors from across the region.
The key highlight of the training was the introduction and detailed demonstration of *Universal Client* and its technological advantages over the earlier ECMP system. Participants were trained on the software’s advanced features, improved efficiency, and enhanced security protocols.
The event was graced by **Sh. V. Siva Subramanian**, Deputy Director, UIDAI RO Chandigarh, and **Sh. Imran Fazili**, Coordinator Aadhaar, Samagra Shiksha J&K, along with other senior officials from the Samagra Shiksha Department.
A highly engaging interactive session was also held, where Aadhaar operators had the opportunity to raise queries and clarify doubts. Experts from the UIDAI Tech Center joined the session virtually and provided live technical guidance, making the training both practical and impactful.
This initiative reflects the commitment of UIDAI and Samagra Shiksha to ensure high-quality, standardized, and seamless Aadhaar services in Jammu & Kashmir through continuous capacity-building of field personnel.
