Budgam, Sep 2025 — Bilal Ahmad Dar, a computer teacher at the Imperial Institute of Information Technology, Budgam, has been conferred with the Rising Star Award 2025 by the All India Council for Professional Excellence (AICPE).
The award ceremony, held in Nagpur, Maharashtra, recognized Dar’s outstanding contribution to computer education and his role in shaping the next generation of technology professionals.
The Rising Star Award honors educators who demonstrate excellence, innovation, and dedication in their fields. Dar has been widely appreciated for promoting digital literacy and fostering a strong learning culture at his institute.
