During the meeting, the leaders expressed serious concern over the repeated termination of employees, terming such actions unjustified and demoralizing for the workforce.

The meeting was attended by Shabir Ahmad Langoo, Javaid Aakhoon, Muhammad Shafi Rather, Haji Abdul Qayoom Beigh, Muneer Phalgaroo, Saleem Sager, Maqsood Bhat, Shahnawaz Ahanger, Aabid Kotwal, Ghulam Muhammad Bhat, Javaid Rizvi, Tariq Ahmad, Shakir Ahmad, Gulzar Ahmad Kargili, and Abdul Qayoom Lone.
