Tasleema Majid, BDC Chairperson Gbl greets people on Shab-e-Barat, Holi
Ganderbal 7 March: Praying for the wellbeing, prosperity and development of the UT and the people on the auspicious occasion of Shab-e-Baraat being observed tonight and Holi today, Tasleema Majid, BDC Chairperson Ganderbal have extended their greetings to the people on Shab-e-Barat and Holi.
In her message, she said that Shab-e-Baraat being observed tonight is the best opportunity to seek mercy and forgiveness from the Almighty Allah, besides teaching us to remain compassionate and serve the people, especially the poor and needy.
She further said that festival of colours is the harbinger of joy, happiness and fulfillment and wished that the joyous festivities would infuse in us a sense of compassion for our fellow human beings in the lives of the people, she added.
