Srinagar, March 31(GNS): Some gunshots were heard during a cordon and search operation in Ahrama woods in central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district on Tuesday evening.
A top police officer told GNS that a joint team of Police, Army, and CRPF launched a search operation in Ahrama woods after receiving input about the presence of some terrorists in the area.
During searches, some gunshots were heard in the area and more reinforcement has been rushed to the spot, he added.
As per the sources two terrorists are said to be trapped.
