GANDERBAL,: In a commendable initiative towards promoting health and well-being among police personnel, Ganderbal Police in collaboration with AYUSH District Ganderbal organized a Medical Camp at District Police Lines (DPL) Ganderbal on the occasion of World Oral Health Day.
Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal, Shri Sudhanshu Dhama (IPS), participated in the event and appreciated the efforts of the organizing teams for conducting such a meaningful programme aimed at creating awareness about oral hygiene and overall health.
During the camp, a team of expert doctors conducted thorough check-ups of police personnel with a special focus on oral health. The doctors provided valuable guidance on maintaining proper dental hygiene and preventing common oral diseases. Free medicines were also distributed among the police personnel as part of the initiative, ensuring accessible healthcare support for all attendees.
The programme witnessed active participation from police officials and staff, reflecting the department’s commitment towards the welfare and fitness of its personnel. Ganderbal Police reiterated its resolve to continue organizing such awareness and health programmes in the future for the benefit of its force.
