Observes Two minutes silence to pay homage
GANDERBAL, APRIL 27: The District Administration Ganderbal today expressed deep sorrow over the untimely demise of Naib Tehsildar Lar, Liyaqat Ali Khan, who passed away following a sudden death.
To honor the departed soul, a condolence meeting was held under the chairmanship of Senior Superintendent of Police Ganderbal, Sudhanshu Dhama; Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC), Syed Faheem Bihaqi.
Assistant Commissioner Panchayat/ Development, Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Sub-divisional Magistrate Kangan, and other Officers and officials of the district administration participated in the meeting and paid rich tributes to the deceased officer, remembering his dedication, professionalism, and sincere service to the public.
Speaking on the occasion, the ADC conveyed heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul. He described the loss as irreparable for the administration and the community at large.
A two-minute silence was also observed during the meeting as a mark of respect and homage to the deceased.
The administration stands in solidarity with the grieving family in this hour of loss.
