Beerwah, May 4: Social Activist and Youth Leader Muzamil Mehmood participated in a PCPG meeting held at Manchhama and organized by Budgam Police under the supervision of SHO Beerwah as part of the ongoing Nasha Mukht J&K Abhiyan.
The meeting witnessed a detailed discussion on the growing menace of drug abuse and the measures required to tackle this social challenge effectively. During the interaction, Muzamil Mehmood stressed the importance of collective efforts, youth awareness campaigns, and stronger coordination between the community and police to curb drug addiction.
He reiterated that safeguarding the younger generation from the harmful effects of drugs is a shared responsibility and called upon all sections of society to join hands in building a drug-free and healthier society.
