Srinagar, Mar 28 (KS) : A house and school were damaged in a mid night blaze in Siligam area of South Kashmir Anantnag district.
An official told Kashmir Scroll that fire broke out at around mid night at village Siligam Aishmuqam in main market.
In the incident double storey house of khursheed Ahmad Sheikh son of Gh Hassan got completely damaged and Salfiya English Medium school also got partially damaged, he said.
Fire tenders from Aishmuqam and Seer Hamdan with the help of police and locals dosed off, and there was no loss of life/ injury in the incident, he said.
He added that cause of fire is being ascertained while further investigation has been taken up—(KS)
