Jammu//The President of Angel’s Cultural Academy & Shahr e Khaas Literary & Cultural Welfare Society Mr. Tariq Ahmad Shera received Award of Appreciation by the hands of former Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir Ghulam Nabi Azad Sahab at national youth exchange programme at Jammu for his tremendous work in promoting art and culture of Jammu and kashmir and always remaining at forefront in eradicating the different evils of society which includes drug abuse etc.It is very important to mention that Mr.Tariq Ahmad Shera has acted as messiah for number of youth who had lost hope of living but were utterly engulfed by drug addiction.They were brought back to right path him.He showed them light and brought them out of darkness.
