Kupwara man arrested for raping relative minor girl in Srinagar
Srinagar, July 06 (KS) : Police on Thursday said to have arrested a man resident of Kupwara at present Pamposh colony for raping a minor girl.
Srinagar police in a tweet as per news agency Kashmir Scroll said One Mohd Iqbal Sheikh (46 years) S/o Ghulam Qadir Sheikh R/o Kanthpora, Sogam Kupwara presently staying in Pamposh Colony, Srinagar arrested for raping a minor 15 year old girl. The accused is relative of child. FIR no 92/2023 U/S 352,376,506 IPC & 3/4 POCSO act in PS safakadal Srinagar Police tweeted. (KS)
