Ganderbal: While taking cognizance of Viral video of a minor boy driving a passenger vehicle on Kangan-Wagath route, which was not only a risk for him but also endangered the lives of other people.
The department acted Swiftly and the vehicle was seized by SO traffic police Kangan on the directions of SSP Traffic Rural
An official talking to this reporter said, that the vehicle has been seized, action under relevant sections of the MV act has been taken.
