20-year-old youth found hanging from ceiling fan in Srinagar locality, suicide suspected
Srinagar, Jan 2: A 20-year-old youth was found hanging from a ceiling fan in Barbarshah area of Srinagar district, an official said.
The official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that one youth (name withheld) in Naqshpora in Barbarshah was found hanging on Tuesday morning. “It is believed that the youth has committed suicide”, the official added.
Confirming the death of the youth, a police official told news agency Kashmir Scroll that they are ascertaining the facts around the case. (KS)
