BSF Head constable dies in Srinagar

Srinagar, April 23  : A head constable in Border Security Force (BSF) died at Pantha Chowk area of Central Kashmir Srinagar district on last night officials said.

They told Kashmir Scroll that a BSF personnel namely HC Sarwan Kumar

 resident of Mera Masi in Mandi district Himachal Pradesh fell unconscious in Srinagar.

They said Kumar who was parted of 42 Bn BSF located at Pantha Chowk was brought to SMHS Hospital for medical treatment where doctors declared him brought dead.

After completion of medico legal formalities, dead body was handed over to the concerned Unit for further disposal and proceeding u/s 174 Cr.PC have been initiated, they said.
