GANDERBAL:: 24th JANUARY 2024 Today Full Dress Rehearsal for forthcoming “Republic Day-2024” held at Madr-e-Meharbaan Stadium Qamariya Ganderbal in which Chief Guest Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shri Shyambir-IAS accompanied by
Addl.SP Ganderbal Shri Malik Aijaz-JKPS unfurled the National Flag and took the salute.
The March past was led by SDPO Kangan Shri Muzaffar Jan-JKPS in which Contingents of different forces took part. Viz, District Police Ganderbal, Armed Police 14th Bn., CRPF 115 th & 118th Bn., SSB, PTS Manigam, Fire Services, Home Guard and SPOs. Apart from forces, 21 contingents of School children also participated with full fervour & enthusiasm.
Moreover, colourful Cultural programmes were presented by students and youth clubs from different institutions of District Ganderbal.
Besides other Officers of Civil and Police Administration viz, ADDC Ganderbal Shri Mushtaq Ahmad Simnani-JKAS, ADC Ganderbal Shri Gulzar Ahmad Khan-JKAS, ACR Ganderbal Shri Altaf Ahmad, ACD Dr. Bashir Ahmad, CEO Ganderbal Shri Muzamil Akhtar, DySP Hqr’s Ganderbal Shri Gh Hassan-JKPS, Dy.SP DAR Shri Nazir Ahmad were also present on the said occasion.
