GANDERBAL, JANUARY 26: The Officials of District Information Centre Ganderbal today received well-deserved recognition for its outstanding work and contribution to public outreach and engagement on the eve of 75th Republic Day celebrations here at Qamaria Stadium Ganderbal.
On the occasion, the Certificates of Appreciation and mementos were given to the officials of the department by the district Administration for acting as a bridge between the Government and the Public.
District Information Centre Ganderbal is an interface between District administration, media and people at large. The responsibility of the department is to project, highlight and disseminate the activities of the District Administration through various Media.
The District Information Centre Ganderbal expresses gratitude for the acknowledgment and remains committed to fostering effective communication between the government and the public, contributing to the overall welfare of the community.
In addition to recognizing the officials of DIC Ganderbal, several journalists were also felicitated during the Republic Day celebration for their significant contributions and extensive coverage of welfare schemes throughout the year.
