“Appoints Saleem wani as Head of advisory Body”
Ganderbal: The Ganderbal Press Association (GPA) today held its maiden General body meeting, marking a new era of growth, collaboration, and progress for the association.
The meeting was presided over by President Mr. Ayaz Sofi, the meeting brought together esteemed members of the Executive Council, including Chief Patron Aftab Ah Mir, Vice President Raja Syed Rather, General Secretary Sabik Ali Sabik, Treasurer Basit Shah, and Spokesperson Hadi Hidayat.
The meeting facilitated a comprehensive discussion on the association’s welfare, culminating in key decisions aimed at elevating the GPA’s role in promoting responsible journalism and fostering a vibrant media ecosystem in Ganderbal.
In a major development, the Executive Council appointed a distinguished Advisory Body, Mr. Saleem Wani was appointed as Head of Advisory Body besides other members Mr. Mukhtar Ah Shah, Mr. Umer Raina & Mr. Arif Kasana.
The GPA warmly welcomes the advisory body whose collective expertise will undoubtedly enrich the association’s endeavors.
