GANDERBAL: 24TH JANUARY, 2025: A full dress rehearsal for the forthcoming Republic Day-2025 was held today at Madr-e-Meharbaan Stadium Qamariya Ganderbal. Deputy Commissioner Ganderbal Shri Shyambir-IAS unfurled the National Flag accompanied by Additional Superintendent of Police Ganderbal Shri Perwaiz Ahmad and inspected the various parade contingents.
The march past was led by Sub-Inspector (SI) Jameel, with contingents from various forces participating, including:
District Police Ganderbal, JK Armed Police, PTS Manigam, CRPF, SSB, Forest Protection Force, Home Guard and SPOs.
Moreover, 21 contingents of school children also participated with great enthusiasm and fervor. The event also featured colorful cultural programs presented by students and youth clubs from different institutions of District Ganderbal. A huge number of people attended the event with great fervour and enthusiasm.
