Peoples Conference Appoints Sufi Tahir as Youth Provincial President for Kashmir

Srinagar, July 23: The Jammu and Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sufi Tahir as the new Youth Provincial President for Kashmir.

In a move aimed at strengthening the party’s youth wing and further energizing its grassroots connect, Peoples Conference acknowledging Sufi Tahir’s unwavering dedication, leadership capabilities, and long-standing commitment to the party’s ideology and vision.

 

Speaking on the occasion, Party Youth President,Mudasir Karim congratulated Sufi Tahir on his new role and expressed confidence that under his leadership, the youth cadre in Kashmir will be further empowered and mobilized to contribute meaningfully to the political discourse in the region.

 

Sufi Tahir, a dynamic and committed political worker, has been actively involved in various youth-centric initiatives and has earned the respect of his peers for his tireless work at the grassroots level. His elevation is seen as a step toward giving more representation and responsibility to young voices within the party.

 

In his first statement after the appointment, Sufi Tahir expressed gratitude to the party leadership for entrusting him with the responsibility and pledged to work diligently to uphold the party’s values and expand youth engagement across Kashmir.

 

The Peoples Conference continues its mission to build a strong, inclusive, and future-ready political movement, with youth playing a pivotal role in shaping the vision for a progressive Jammu and Kashmir.
