CEO Kokernag Assigned Additional Charge of Aharbal Development Authority

Srinagar, Sept 24: As per Government Order No. 85-JK(TSM) of 2025, dated 24/09/2025, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Kokernag Development Authority Mohd Rouf Rehman (JKAS), who is already holding the additional charge of Verinag Development Authority, has now been entrusted with the additional charge of CEO, Aharbal Development Authority as well.
The order states that the arrangement will continue until the post is filled by the General Administration Department (GAD) or until further orders are issued.
This move comes as part of the administrative reshuffle aimed at ensuring smooth functioning of developmental bodies in the region. The official is expected to oversee ongoing and upcoming tourism and infrastructure projects across all three development authorities.
