Srinagar, Oct 23 : Speaker Abdul Rahim Rather on Thursday slammed the administration after the name of former Langate MLA Muhammad Sultan Panditpori was missing from the obituary references in the House.
During the obituary reference, as per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) the Speaker castigated the district administration Kupwara for failing to inform the Assembly Secretariat about Panditpori’s death.
“This is an irresponsible attitude,” the Speaker said, adding that district administration Kupwara didn’t inform the Assembly secretariat regarding his demise.
