YOU CAN’T HIDE;ABSCONDER ARRESTED BY GANDERBAL POLICE AFTER 13 YEARS.
GANDERBAL,9TH, NOVEMBER 2025: Continuing its special drive against absconders, Ganderbal Police achieved another success by arresting one more absconder who had been evading arrest for 13 years.
The arrested individual has been identified as; Zafar Iqbal S/O Mohd Israyel Gojar R/O Loorte, Rajouri, who was wanted in Case FIR No. 17/2012, U/S 279, 338 IPC of Police Station Gund.
Acting on specific information, a police team from Police Station Gund after strenuous efforts apprehended the said absconder and after completing all legal formalities, the accused was produced before the Hon’ble Court JMIC Kangan, wherefrom he has been sent to Subsidiary Jail Dignibal.
