RAJOURI, JANUARY 29: Additional Deputy Commissioner (ADC) Nowshera, Dr. Pritam Lal Thapa today visited Government Higher Secondary School Kalsian and Government Higher Secondary School Bhawani and interacted with the students of classes 10 and 12 who are preparing for upcoming Board Examinations.
During the interaction, Dr. Thapa motivated the students to work with dedication, discipline and confidence to achieve success in their examinations. He urged them to stay away from negativity and focus on their goals, emphasizing the importance of maintaining both physical and mental well-being. The ADC also highlighted the significance of effective time management, stress management and warned the students about the ill-effects of drug abuse, advising them to adopt a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
The students actively participated in the interaction along with their teachers and shared their academic and personal concerns. Dr. Thapa patiently listened to the students and provided valuable guidance, counselling and encouragement to help them cope with examination stress.
The ADC appreciated the Principals and staff of both institutions for their dedication towards the welfare and academic growth of the students. He advised them to place special emphasis on counselling and stress management sessions so that students can face their examinations with confidence and a positive mindset.
