The inaugural session was chaired by the Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, IUST, Prof. Dr. Shakeel Ramshoo, who stressed the importance of administrative competence in modern institutions. “For maintaining accountability, transparency and sustainable institutional growth, a sound understanding of rules, regulations and effective use of technology has become the need of the hour,” the Vice-Chancellor remarked.
