Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat Nominated as District President of Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Association Baramulla

Baramulla | March 30, 2026: In a significant organizational decision aimed at further strengthening the voice of teachers at the grassroots level, Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Bhat has been nominated as the District President, Baramulla of the Jammu & Kashmir Teachers Association (JKTA).
A respected educator and an active trade union voice, Mr. Bhat is known for his integrity, clarity of thought, and unwavering commitment to the welfare of the teaching fraternity. Over the years, he has played a pivotal role in highlighting genuine issues faced by teachers and fostering constructive coordination between educators and the administration for the betterment of the education system.
The JKTA leadership expressed strong confidence that his experience, accessibility, and organizational skills will infuse new momentum into the district unit. His nomination is being viewed as a progressive step that will further consolidate unity, strengthen institutional dialogue, and promote collective efforts for professional dignity and educational excellence.
Meanwhile, the cadre of JKTA Baramulla welcomed the decision with enthusiasm and pledged wholehearted support to the new District President in advancing the mission and vision of the association.
