53 Rashtriya Rifles Battalion organised a cricket match for Visually Impaired Youth of AOR at Govt Boys Higher Secondary School Nagam, aimed at inclusion of visually impaired youth in the mainstream of society, providing them platform to develop confidence and sportsmanship and strengthening civil-military cooperation.
The event was conducted to provide a meaningful platform for Visually impaired youth for seamless integration into mainstream society.
The Cricket Match proved to be a meaningful and result-oriented initiative, enabling visually aimpaired youth to project their problems and Army assisting them to find solutions for better life ahead. It reinforced the ethos of Awam aur Fauj – Saath Saath and set the foundation for inclusive growth and sustained peace in the region.
