Bandipora, Feb 12 (KS) : As the schools in the Kashmir valley are set to reopen after the winter vacations, the Chief Education Officer (CEO) Bandipora has directed all the teachers and masters posted in the winter wonderland of Gurez to return before the end of the winter vacations.
An official told Srinagar based news gathering agency Kashmir Scroll that the chief education officer Bandipora has directed the teachers that the road connectivity from Bandipora to Gurez is now open for traffic. Therefore, they should plan their return to the valley before 17th February, taking into consideration the upcoming snowy predictions.
The official also mentioned that this direction was issued with the reopening of schools in the Kashmir valley after winter vacations in mind, in order to ensure smooth schooling and examination schedules.
Pertinently, schools in the Kashmir valley are set to reopen on 20th February. (KS)
