Awareness programme on Drug de-addiction held at GDC Ganderbal

GANDERBAL, MAY 10: One day awareness programme on Durg de-addiction under the Campain Nasha Mukht bharat Abhiyan was today organized by department of Social Welfare in collaboration with Mission Shakti Ganderbal and Health Department Ganderbal a5 Government Degree College Ganderbal.

Participants who participated in the programme were students and faculty of college, team from Mission Shakti and Health Department Ganderbal.

On the Occasion District Mission Coordinator, Sabeeta Jan stressed on the overall scenario of drug addiction and highlighted the importance of Awarenes programme.

Another Speaker from health department Dr Afsha gave a brief overveiw ,causes ,effects and solutions of drug abuse .

Speakers from college also briefed about the same problem

Principal of College Mrs Foziya gave a speech on same topic and also encouraged the departments and students to comeforward so that we all can work as a team to curb this manace.

At last monentous were distributed among speakers.
